For parents who want to show up to birth feeling prepared, grounded, and calm, we offer the most comprehensive, proven path to the empowered experience they deserve.
This package includes 5 weekly sessions, each session is 2.5-3 hours in length. Private classes are can be booked specific to parents’ schedule but follow the same cadence of once a week for five weeks.
